Would advice you all to never use a meru service. They seem to have reputed themselves to being late and irresponsible for everything. For an international flight they turn up 30 minutes late and the driver claims that he slept off. The customer service failed to register complaint, and when they finally do, the management does not bother to respond on time.
It is due to their consistent habit of not being able to keep tab of time, we not just missed an international flight but also had to pay extra to get another ticket, coz the earlier one was a non refundable ticket. Plus we had to incurr the expence of travelling by meru to the sahar airport for no good reason at all. They almost cost us close to rs. 6000/- and yet seem shameless enought to be laid back on responding.
Incase you ever do make a mistake of booking and meru and regret....do remember to take you compaint no when you place a compain....coz they will not give it to you unless you ask for it. If you do not have the no. you compaint is a no good.With Meru, you will need all the luck in the world to get you to your destination.The word "lousy" would be an understatement for a service like Meru.
