On November 14th 2014, I booked Meru cab from my Residence to office. I booked the cab through their App. My intended date of travel was on 15th November @ 10:30 AM. I got confirmation mail from Meru Cab on 14th November at 20:41 that my booking is confirmed. On 15th November at 10:20 AM, they just called me and told me that the cab which was assigned to me is not willing to go for this booking and next cab is only after 1 hour at least. I was so frustrated. I had to cancel my cab and book some other cab. I usually take OLA cabs as I never faced any problem. But this time, there was no availability in OLA for my time. At last I had to call Just dial and get some local taxi Service and shelled extra money to reach office. Will definitely not book with Meru from now onwards.
