Beware of Meru Taxi : Yesterday ( 23/10/2013) I had booked a Meru Taxi from whitefield to cARMELARAM Railway station for 7PM. By 6.30 PM they sent the cab and river details through SMS. Since the cab was not reached till 7 PM, I called to the driver number and the driver asked me my pick up and drop point.Then he disconnected the phone.
I called him again and he told he is not coming to pick me! I was literally helpless as I was not getting any other taxi.When I informed Meru Cabs customer care, they informed me to wait for another 30 minutes, so that they will arrange another cab. Since I do not want to take risk again, I forced to take an auto...
MERU is having the worst service nowadays.Be careful with MERU CABS, you may not be able to reach your destination on time. :-(
