The cab service is so worst in Kolkata that I last took ride in march 2015. After that I have never been able to book a cab successfully.
Every time you book a meru either the Cabs are not there or drivers refuse by saying it would take long time to reach pickup point.
Amid these things the company sends promotional discounts to my number. What is the utility of these discount coupons if there are no cabs available?. It feels like cables promotion for the customers
