I booked a cab to banglore airport at 8.30 PM. I got a confirmation mesaage from the company for having booked my cab at 4.30 Am. Since cab was booked I slept peacefully and next day woke up, got ready to leave to airport. I was waiting for cab by 4.25 AM. Cab didnt come at 4.30 as confirmed by Meru. Then at 4.31 I gets a first on Since we couldn't get cab in your area we have rescheduled your pick up to 4.35Am. Fine it was for me as far as I am reaching airport by 5.30 Am. Waited till 4.35, no one called. I called Meru they gave a bigger shock again.
They said they couldn't get cab and hence pick up rescheduled to 4.55 . What the heck , I was tensed. Anyways considering 5.30 and it usually takes half an hour to reach airport from my house I was patient. The clock ticks 4.55, 5 and 5.05 nothing. No one is there. What luck I was not getting any cab from any other cab service provider at that short notice. It was now confirmed I am going to miss my flight and it happened so.
What the hell. you booked your cab at 8.30 and by 5.30 meru was not able to provide a cab for you. What was that mean, your cab is booked and later at pick up time just send a sms stating we couldn't get cab in your area. Pathetic.
Worst service providers. Dont count on them if you don't have an alternate transport to reach the airport .
