I am thinking to purchase a tablet and then only my friend gifted me this tablet. I thought it will work well but it was oppositely as expected. After using it five months the battery back up continuously decresing and taking too much time time too much time to charge of approxiamtely 6 hours. Mercury is called a good brand in the field of computers and it is very old brand, trying to step in the field of mobile and tablets but I think it failed to do so. I would suggest not to buy this tablet because it is very costly as comparison to it's features. There are many tablets which are having latest specification with more range of features at this price or even less than 6k.
I have also found an issue of overheating and dsiplay fluctuates. The touvh response is vey bad of single touch. The RAM is very less of 512 MB and tablet hangs. Most of the time, have to switch on and off the tablet.
I have tried to complain customer care but there is no any service centre un my city. And have to send my product to their location and have to pay the cost of courier. Thats why I left expectations and selled this tablet at unreasonable price.
