I am very unfortunate and helpless that still I am in Mercom.
I am writing this review just to showcase the inside views of being in Mercom.
I don't want to mention my name but I want to fight against the system inside Mercom and there hell out of nonsense things ever a company will have or had before.
I want to start with the management where management is completely blind I would say in bold words BLIND.
They have a set of views from some specific people and the rest they treat them as a piece of.....
So far Mercom has lost so many seniors from the company just because of their partial behaviour.
Coming to the so-called upper hand management the boss himself doesn't believe his employee the amount of work doesn't matter the only matter is your log-in log-out times.
If you are very truthful to the management you are not praised but you are cursed. So truth and self-respect ethics are completely banned in Mercom.
Some hard truths I want to disclose here on this platform just to make management know what is happening behind them as they are blind.
Nobody respect anyone, everyone is good at the front end and from the back, it is common everywhere, but so-called trusted employees from the management also complain about them which is like lol and pathetic.
Next is the HR department two people where one person is there who doesn't even know what is going on in Mercom and she behaves like a walking cc camera very bad thing is digging deep into other's personal life is disgusting.
And the other HR is the person who is very good where he converts Mercom into bar and pub once the management is not there lol.
Management thinks they have control over everything with the cc cam provenance log-in log-outs but people sit inside CEO cabin parties and celebrate in management's absence.
The most fun part is you don't even get your own payslips for the salary.
Next is the Manager "DUDE" really manager doesn't even know the basics of work happening inside Mercom, he takes attendance approves leave basically a class monitor.
If you are close with manager you get perks like good hikes, good laptop, good recognition and pick-up and drop services too.
Also manager helps the person who is very very close to him or is the only one who works efficiently & effectively and doing all the major things in the company compared to others.
So that person gets high configuration new branded laptop and others have the same old used slow working laptops after being formatted.
There are no benefits for the employees you work on many important INDIAN festivals, as well as no medical insurance no outings no good leave policy and for god sake, you still have to be in office if you are done with your work.
So 9.30 - 7 is like your half of your life is in office only, no healthy lifestyle and family time is zero. And if you leave exactly at 7 pm is also a curse.
They think if a person stays till 8 is efficient and it's not you. You can log out roam around and come late also is fine, nobody makes an issue if you are in favour with HR.
