The features of app are very easy to understand and very easy to operate, we can share the products to different social media sites or apps and we can set price of the product on our own making us to decide the profit we need to make from the product and share it to groups.
The shipping and delivery is handled by meesho itself and we need not to worry about it.
It provides both the options of payments online and COD ( cash on delivery) . Online payments is done in a way that seller accepts the payment from customer directly and pays online to the meesho at it's original cost. If seller opts for COD the cash will be collected by meesho delivery candidates and the profits will be deposited directly to sellers bank which is to be provided by seller.
In case of any damage or didn't like the product we can opt of return or exchange also and delivery and pickup will be taken care by meesho itself and money will be returned to bank account within 5-7 business days.
The only thing I was disappointed was with customer support, customer support is not upto mark due to their delayed response but yet they help in resolving our issue.
