I've ordered plazzo, leggings, Kurti's in meesho with the rating of 3+ & 4+ ratings some online payment and some COD separately.
They say payonline and receive offers of we pay we won't get back money.
But The cunning suppliers will follow every steps like ordered shipped and at the time of delivery they say sorry we couldn't deliver your order if asked why they say you were not able to contact which is right because they didn't even contacted me and they say delivery is returned.
If not contact the customer and not reached the venue then how they can Return.?????
We receive the couriers in same address for yrs and they say they couldn't find address????
And meesho chats and customer care they say sorry we can't assist???? If you can't assist with your suppliers and refund our money then why do you have them in your business alliances? Why do you encourage such business entities????? and con civilians we lost money by paying online which is not refunded and time was wasted on waiting expecting delivery.
Ifur suppliers are not genuine then don't encourage fraud business do you get share in people's money I lost 822/- which I Didn't get refunded????
Meesho quality will be decreased with this kind of services and nobody will encourage fraud...
