Terrible Experience. Review on Meesho

I had a terrible experience with this online shopping portal that I would like to share. I placed an order for clothes for my sister, but the quality of the items was extremely poor. The cloths started tearing all over within just a few days of wearing them. It was clear that the materials used were of cheap quality.

I decided to give the store another chance and placed another order of clothes. To my dismay, I received a package of what appeared to be kitchen rags instead of the clothes I had ordered. I contacted customer support to report the issue, but the response I received was disheartening. I was told that I should have taken a video of myself opening the package in order for them to take my complaint seriously. This made me question the trust this store has in both its products and its customers.

I will never be shopping from this store again. The poor quality of their products and the lack of accountability on their part is unacceptable. I would advise anyone to consider making a purchase from this store to think twice and look for a more reliable and trustworthy shopping portal.
