I ordered a couple of items last month but even after waiting for 10 day there was no delivery . Upon calling Medplus , it was promised that the delivery would be done in 2 days . But we waited for another 7 days and there was still no delivery .
When calling the customer care , we were repeatedly told that shipment was on the way and it would reach anytime and that the delay was due to their courier service. I would not recommend this site to anyone .
