Medi Assist Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd. is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

I had to suffer a frustrating 6 and 1/2 hours of delay in gettting my father discharged due to the lousy service of Medi Assist due to a total lack of coordination between the Medi Assist personnel located in Pune, the doctors working in Medi Assist Pune, the Manager of Media Assist and the Medi Assist helpdesk staff located in Bangalore.


The fax from Mediassist which was for further enhancement of the medical bill which was supposed to be arriving in 45 minutes to 1 hour took more than 5 hours to arrive.


When a fax it did arrive it had an incorrect format which said that my mediclaim was denied.


*All this after the doctor from Medi Assist personally spoke to me and told me that a certian percentage of the amount was guaranteed 101%.


Too many confused persons including the manager and doctor and total lack of coordination between them when sending the fax to the hospital.


*Due to this the discharge of my father which was supposed to take place at 3 pm in the afternoon took place at 8.30 pm in the night. Medi Assist is horrible and a worst insurance company to go with.


DO NOT  TAKE INSURANCE FROM MEDI ASSIST
