Below is the mail I had written to Mc Donalds(the contact I was able to get online from their website) weekend has passed still no response from their end nor the things have changed at any store.

I have been searching over 3 weeks now for the Ninja Turles Happy Meal and across more than 7 stores in Bangalore all we have found is Raphael.Is that Bangalore has not been supplied with the rest?
None of the staff of any outlet help to check with other outlets either.
According to all ads and posters there smorpheushumanuld be all the four available. None of the stores have received any other turtles toys. This is not please note that they have run out of stock, I have very clearly asked them that.
