I have taken my Baby(My Pet Dog) to Max Vet on 2nd Dec. In the morning he underwent a procedure that went well and was put under the care of Dr.Kunal. 2nd Dec morning and afternoon he was doing fine. In the night we took him with us because we were not allowed to stay in ICU.ICU is full of infections. When we were there for 12 hours in ICU, we noticed the ICU Dog handlers do not have the basic sense of maintaining hygiene.

Dog handlers and the assistants use the same gloves for extracting the urine containing blood from one pet and then they will not change the gloves. In front of my own eyes, they used the same gloves for carrying out the bandage of a Street Dog once that was over, with the same hand and set of gloves they tried extracting the urine infected urine which was coming out with blood from a cat. Once that was done they used the same hand and set of gloves to see the temperature of my pet and then to inject some medicines in his IV. When I told them to use a different set of gloves I was asked to be quiet.

In the night we got him with us but because of his breathing issues, we took him back to the hospital and got him admitted on 3rd early morning.

He was kept in oxygen by Dr.Rahul Thappar and Dr.Shubha, but in the morning when Dr.Kunal came to his condition again became stable under the supervision of Dr. Kunal.

On 3rd.morning from 10:00 AM till 10:00 PM we were there with him.in ICU and my pet was doing good. The temperature was maintained. As soon as Dr. Rahul Thappar came for night duty and the other Doctor Dr. Shubham we were thrown out of ICU and then post that I could hear my pet barking in distress. I pleaded them to visit once they didn't listen to it. I was allowed to see my pet just once around 11:30 PM when I went inside saw him in huge distress, we asked the Assistants over there to check his temp it came out to be 105, we called the DR immediately, he started putting extreme cold bags on my pet body, my pet was just 4 months old and his temp dipped down suddenly in 5 -10 minutes to 100 because they had put such cold bags directly on my pet small body. Which was so torturesome, ideally when the baby is small if you have to lower the temp you dip the ice packs in a cloth and then should be done. He was already having a lung infection, getting him directly on cold cubes made his condition worse. We were again thrown out of the ICU. And then 4th early morning we got a call from Dr. Rahul Thappar that he was not able to breathe. When we rushed to the hospital we saw his blanket in a cage, we asked why was he in a cage when he had breathing issues, there was no answer to it. On top of it due to their negligence, my pet passed away and when we were asking questions how did it happen there was no response.

It's a sheer case of negligence by Night Duty Doctors and Assistants.

Please do not admit your pets in Max Vet as the night duty doctors like Dr. Rahul Thappar, Shubham, and Assistants like Sanjay Singh will kill your pet. They will make sure to torture it completely so that the pet passes away.

Each night there is a death of pet happening till we were there. We saw one pet passing away on 1st Dec, another on 2nd Dec, then on 3rd Dec and 4th, Dec was ours. Got to know today also, one pet passed in ICU.

Continuous deaths of pets in ICU at night time due to the negligence of Dr.Rahul, Shubham, and Assistants like Sanjay Singh.
