Hi People, i want to write a review on Matrix pre-paid sim card, which is usually purchased while travelling abroad from India, to europe or US etc! People buy this crap because it is available in india and need an sim card before travelling! But beware, I am highlighting the fraud carried out by this company and cheating people!
Matrix international sim card is always considered roaming irrespective of what company claims! You pay for roaming charges and no access to Toll free emergency nos at all! Matrix misleads people by saying its local sim card while its not!
Second thing when ever you recharge, you dont full talk time, matrix charges for recharge, while other local operators dont! I was cheated for 20 Pounds by Matrix!
Matrix has hired cheaters and placed at airports who fool people! they make you pay 2000 or 2500 for matrix while they have basic plans which they say its not available! I was cheated at Mumbai Airport!
Moreover, you can only recharge online, which means you need to spend for internet or data plans! Beware matrix network is horrible in UK and they give non UK sim card and claim its UK sim card! Overall, if you are travelling abroad, dont spend on stupid Matrix but try to get local sim cards, which may be available at embassy, atleast for UK, lebara can be purchased!
Matrix is fraud company and cheating ppl saying that it saves money but looting ppl money!
