Basically, they promise you whatever you want to hear at the time of buying and afterwards bill you all kinds of charges.
I took a card for US for one month. After one month, I was supposed to return the SIM card and inform them by email that I wished to terminate the services. After doing the needful, they still kept charging my credit card for the next 4 months.
While I ran from pillar to post in their customer care, they said they had received no notification from me to terminate account.
Additionally, a 5000 rs deposit taken from me at the time of opening the account has not been refunded.
It has been almost a year to the incident now and I’m down rs 10000. For a SIM card I used for making maybe 30 calls. I have nothing to gain personally by turning people away from this company, but I honestly think they are out there to cheat people.
