It is almost an year since i have posted my review comments below. Matrix hasn't bothered to fix this issue yet.
Unfortunately, i took sims for my iphone for my trips to malaysia & singapore in september 2011. I have ended up losing over rs.31, 000/- due to the greed of matrix. Subhash (from matrix) handed over both the sims before my travel but never cautioned me that the sims are always enabled with data and charges were super-premium. He could have suggested me to get data disabled sims as well but he didn't bother to do so.few months back, i was traveling to china and checked with one of their executives (he called me based on the request i had made at their customer care number). He confirmed that data-disabled sim can be provided.money was happily taken from my card. And i had to follow-up to receive original invoices for both malaysia & singapore.
I received the bills only after i requested for.their services didn't even bother to alert me when the charges went beyond a certain limit, say when the meter crossed rs.5, 000/-. They didn't caution me. Matrix hasn't stayed for the true intent of saving money to the people. I attempted to save couple of thousands of rupees but am poorer by over rs.31, 000/- just because i chose matrix.all the points mentioned above point to a single obvious intent, "squeeze the customer as much as possible"due to billing atrocity, network coverage & customer service doesn't deserve any rating, ie. Zero rating.
Please don't fall prey to matrxix's tricks. Your local operator is surely the best bet.
