Hi,
I came to know about Matchfinder through my friend and visited their office in KPHB, Hyderabad. I was greeted by a beautiful lady at the reception. After 5 minutes of general chit chat, they explained their membership plans . I felt the plans were really cheap compared to other matrimony sites. So I submitted my sister's biodata after getting some confidence regarding the security of my sister's photo and the contact details. The lady assured that the photo can be protected by a password and the data we submit would be secure with them. Then she started showing the profiles on a big LCD TV. After paying some 500 Rs and collecting receipt, they shared the contact details of 5 profiles which I was interested in and matching my sister's preferences. In the next 5 minutes some uncle came and started talking. I think he was the MD and he gave a loooong explanation on why he started Matchfinder etc etc. This was my first interaction with Matchfinder.
I contacted Matchfinder customer care on phone later and they responded to me and answered my calls everytime. The only problem is that they have this greeting message, which sounded very monotonous every time I call them.
Now It's been 6 months I first visited their office. In these 6 months I found a good match for my sister and she is also married now. I have referred several friends of mine to this matrimony website. I wanted to thank Matchfinder for their services.
