As my thinking goes restaurants with not so good ambience can at times serve the best food.
With that mindset I went over, malvani places 9/10 times serve awesome food provided its authentic and not the make believe malvani.
I steped in and was in mood for prawns, I did not see much crowd just two tables occupied, it was early noon. I ordered the prawns thali and as the usual comes with prawns curry, rice, some gravy and solkhadi and the onion and lime along with roti or whatever you wish for, I took chapatis.
My first bite I was confused it did not have those malvani flavors rather was bland with a tad bit of extra salt. The prawns felt stale as they were chewy, well anyways I was hungry but while eating in my head the thoughts of just leaving the thali midway and telling the waiter that its not right came in my mind but it did take a bit too long to be served and I was hungry so I continued a decision that I would regret.
The next day I had terrible food poisoning runing in and out of the loo and with antibiotics I recovered in 3 days this time sure to never even walk in front of it rather suggest my enemies to go there.
Do avoid.
