I purchased t-shirt of this particular brand from myntra.com but it did not meet up my expectation.
the customer service provided is very very poor.i ordered the t-shirt and I got the parcel about 10 days later than when I placed the request and when opened the parcel what is found was t-shirt color was somewhat different than what it was shown to me and even the fabric of which it was made was too poor and cheap quality.
staff courtesy I placed take back order and I got my confirmation request after 3 days and the person to collect the parcel came after 9 days and I did not got mu amount even after 25 days, I called the support and they told me that it will reach you soon and calling them again and again around 8 times I got my money back into my account.
fabric of cloth very poor, cost very high, very late delivery and no customer or staff support.
please be aware before making any purchase.
