Marvel always try to attract buyers by showing some of the amenities before real construction start. Once you take the possession of the flat then you realize the quality of construction and building materials used. Its extremely of poor quality.

Services quality very bad. Service team neither reply nor attend any of your calls. Keeps on making false promises. I would urge you think 10 times before buying Marvel properties.

They do not anyone to listen to your problem. If you make more complaints than they will put you on blacklisted list where they won't give you neither any service nor register your complaints.
