Marvel's extensive marketing campaigns can have anyone fooled and I ended up falling for the same. I booked my flat in Marvel Zephyr - Kharadi back in 2010, possession being promised end of 2011 and after a delay of 4 years I am still waiting to take possession.

Only thing good about them is their Marketing Campaign besides the sample flat shown at the time of the site visit.

Everything hereon is a complete downhill experience. The construction quality is extremely poor, not to mention the extensive delay in all most all their projects. The finish of the flat which is offered for possession after the delay will be far from what your expectation is of the flat and by this point it will be too late.

The handover experience is nothing short of a nightmare with Team Marvel not willing to compromise an inch and expect everything to be carried out as per their terms and conditions which is nothing short of harassing and bullying the customers.

I would recommend to stay as far away as possible and avoid Marvel projects at all cost as the ultimate experience will be nothing close to even satisfactory with Team Marvel making no efforts to satisfy very unhappy and disgruntled customers.
