After six month of research I finally bought 3 BHK flat in marg kalpavriksha, the good part of this project is the location as it is located right behind the marg junction mall and have amenities like gym, indoor and outdoor games, covered swimming pool, parks and children play area. Also from price point of view it is quite fair.
