This Manipal Whitefield hospital is deadly and a hell. Sad to see the way this Manipal Whitefield hospital is being operated. This hospital lack ethics, professionalism and has a third rated customer care department . We all know the motive of this unit is to swindle money with no proper hospital care. This whitefield branch has lot to learn a lot from the varthur branch. The customer care department team is just wailing their time and least committed to the cause of people who are coming to this hospital with pain. Let me reiterate point by point. -My Dad who is 91 years was admitted to this pathetic hospital as we had no choice like many other patients. My mom who is equally old stayed back as his attender. I had some business commitments for the entire week and, had requested the staff on the 9th floor to provide me Updates. However the updates never came until Tuesday ( only one the entire week). I kept calling the nursing station if they could share the treating Doctors contact number or my number be passed to the Doctor, they refused for both. - First 2 days, food offered was merely porridge and my mom had to cry and plead for better food and treatment until it improved. Shame on this hospital for cost cutting and not feeding two old people. - The urinalon the ground floor when I visited the hospital was overflowing with urine due to the blockage. Patients, visitors all were stepping over the overflow. Imagine being his happening in a hospital where you end up paying huge amount. The hospital itself is spreading deadly diseases. - The Doctor refused to update the treatment during discharge. - The customer care department definitely is zero. This hospital is a hell and deadly place to be
