This is my honest review on Doctor T.P.Rekha at Manipal Hospitals in old airport road. We wanted to consult a good gynaec and went to Manipal Hospital as I heard the hospital is good with good amenities. I am sure Dr. Rekha is technically very strong. We tell her the issue and she tells the answer quickly. The problem is that everything comes at the cost of attitude.
I was scared to ask her any doubt from Day 1. I thought things will get better! After asking, if my questions seemed silly to her, I can feel her irritation. I stay just quiet trying to pacify her! I happened to call her on an emergency. Without asking any detail, she just wanted me to bring my wife to the hospital, in her strong tone. I am not sure if this is her normal attitude.
But I was not at all happy with the way I got replies. But I managed every time because I wanted to consult a technically sound doctor at a good hospital. Little more of kindness will help her fetch loads of people. The hospital for sure is clean, good and of course COSTLY. I can just think that the cost is for the quality!
If the attitude can be tuned better, WE can peacefully go there. After this experience I am planning to make a visit to Doctor Kavitha at Apollo Clinic near Kundalahalli. Will update how things proceed.
