MAKEMYTRIP (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Recently I booked a hotel room for my family stay at digha. The room was nothing as mentioned on the app and I had to leave the room within an hour. Since then I have been contacting Make my trip customers service but no refund not even partial. They closed the TT on the app without resolution. Sending blank mails when escalated. Putting calls on hold and not answering. I kept on hold for an hour. Pathetic customer service. Bunch of cheaters and frauds.
Upload photo files with .jpg, .png and .gif extensions. Image size per photo cannot exceed 10 MB
