MAKEMYTRIP (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

MakeMyTrip(Booking ID: NR7605949148404196) caused me a lot of frustration. I booked a train ticket and paid extra for the Trip Guarantee feature. But after the train got canceled, I didn’t get the 100% refund they promised. Instead, I received a voucher valid for 7 days only.

They expect me to travel within this short window—completely impractical! This platform is a scam, and I’ve experienced mental trauma dealing with them. MMT is fraud, pathetic, and unreliable. Don’t trust them!
