I booked a rom Homestayz at kuthambakkam, sri perumbudur for 27th August night
We reached there by midnight
The property doesn't exist, numbers are not responding
I called make my trip customer care
Their response was " we can see property on Google maps, what are you saying"
I asked them to call, they called and responded" madam, you please check into some other hotel"
Finally we checked into some other hotel, spending again from our own pocket. We had already made full payment to make my trip
It was already 1.15 am
So irresponsible
I don't know if they will refund me too
Never book with them. They cheat you
Next day ( today)I called them for refund, they are not responding
Be careful .
For hotel bookings, directly call up hotels and do booking, or yiu will have a tough time
