My Dubai Trip. Review on Makemytrip

This time I choose to take holiday tour through MakeMyTrip, but my experience was so horrible I can't explain, I am still thinking and why I have paid them to make my holiday so pathetic. Their incapabilities in terms of managing the international tour is so horrendous and unprofessional I can't even think in my dreams, the way have provided the services despite so much of payment charged from me. I am feeling that they have fooled me completely and I have lost my complete faith in MakeMyTrip company, from day one all the staff is unprofessional and non concerned about to provide you the right answers to your query. You can imagine I have to do recce for them to identify better hotel and better deal, thank God I have been Dubai earlier other wise they would dump us in some shady hotel. I suggest MakeMyTrip is not capable of providing national and international tour packages, you can only book air tickets or railway tickets and you can do compare hotel prices through their app not more than that.

What they have done with me, they provided the hotel I choose, but their local vendors are such useless I can't even express my horrible experience however let me share two incidents:

1. Trip to Dessert safari- The driver picked up us from our hotel in the car where 4 customers were already seating in the car, they asked us to sit at the last back seat, where normally kids can sit, I was thinking let's manage he must be going to transfer us in some other car since we were going for dessert safari. You will not believe he took us for sand bashing in the same car and we were sitting in the same cramped situation, imagine instead of pleasure how we were feeling in sand bashing in such situation.

2. Our Abu Dhabi day tour- They picked us up in the morning 9 am since the Abu Dhabi distance is far and the drive time is 2.30 hours from Dubai, I have never seen such an unprofessional guide lady they have arranged who can't even speak neither in English nor in Hindi. She were telling us about will take you to Dates village how there culture like and how do they behave, but landed at so called wholesale market of dates, she said you need to buy dates from this shop only coz they must have some commercial arrangement with them and we have been given 20 min time to buy and go, then she took us to Abu Dhabi city by showing the city from the bus only, and stopped at one point for 5 min just to click the pics if we wanted to, thereafter she dropped us at Yas Mall whether we have to go to Ferrari world or not, you need to spend your 4 hours time in the mall only, when we asked her we need to see the Sheikh Zayed Grand mosque she told us that will go in the evening at 5:45 and imagine we left from Yas Mall at 6:45 pm in the dark what you will see in the mosque?

So many blunders they have done if I start writing about each one of them it will be long details. Hence I would recommend to everyone that don't think of taking any kind of tour packages from MakeMyTrip company.
