MAKEMYTRIP (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I booked a Bus service from Delhi to Jaipur. On the day of Journey, they didnt even inform me about bus no. or Bus Captain contact no. My bus almost left and I couldnt catch it. Then finally I got the call from Bus Conductor and he told me to reach Dhaula Kuan from Karol Bagh which is 10 kms far. I called the support but they didnt listen and gave me some silly execuse. Very pathetic service.
