I booked my family tour through Make My Trip. At Mahabaleshwar they booked my hotel for a 3 star facility but provided me 1 star facility. We are super senior citizens and before booking we informed them about our age. We got the hotel where there was no lift facility. We were given rooms on 1st floor. One member had both keens replaced. We had booked for Innova car less than 3 years old but after first day, they changed the car and gave us 6 years old car. The first car had no FASTTAG and we spent approx 75 minutes( 3 times we waited) on highway to renew. I wrote number of times to MMT service dept. but they all are in deep sleep. Nonresponsive. Even the staff from their Mumbai office, Urvashi Shah confirmed the matter but she is not getting any reply/response from her HO. I have all the discussions recorded in my phone and in email. Next time, I will never use MMT services.
