MAKEMYTRIP (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I bought a ticket from Delhi to Raipur at a high price so that there would be no problem in changing the date but neither the date was changed nor could I talk to the customer care. There is no option to talk to the customer care in the IVR due to which I had to cancel the ticket and buy another more expensive ticket. This is the last time I used Make My Trip. I will not do it again.
