Worst Service Ever. Review on Makemytrip

Hello Everyone, I made a purchase of Flight tickets along with E visa for Dubai with my 2 friends. So total of 6 flight tickets and 3 E Visa worth over 70K But due to the technical issues on their website there were some issues I was facing.

They do not provide any customer support. I tried calling to Makemytrip Phone numbers but none of that connect me to support agent. After doing some research and creating Tickets I was able to connect to the support person. I have tried more then 10 times but the support team is worst they didn't fixed the single issue yet.

It's been 1 month since I booked the tickets and still struggling to get my issue resolved. They just care about their black members. No one else matters to them even after making bookings of Lakhs.

Think about if you are making bookings just near the dates. You may get into real trouble. I have booked 2 months in advance but still MMT is worst in solving the customer issues. Even they don't care about customer issues at all. They always says we will reach out to you in next 24-48 hours but even after weeks no call or message from them. It's Always you have to reach out to them which takes another 2 hours to get the update regarding that issue.

Even after escilating th ticket they called me once but then they mentioned Visa team will reach out to me which never happened actually. Still after 1 month I am waiting to get my issues resolved and now way to contact customer support.

Always Book you ticket with the partner that you can trust and instantly connect whenever you face issue. MMT is worst in that case. You will not even find option to create query regarding you booking to reach out to support on their website even after login.
