We booked from Vanika +91 93549 49566, a makemytrip agent. She didnt bother to plan properly and arrange good stays. We booked for our 10th anniversary a luxury vacation to darjeeling. There was absolutely no guidance at all. She only was focussed on taking money. The hotel we chose was showing error while booking. She changed the hotel, shared itinerary and pushed to pay asap fast saying that flight rates are changing n all n took money simply. N we are suffering here after paying a hefty amount.
