Friends - Be ware of LG products. They will make your life miserable! Had I known that there are such innumerable complains about LG products, I would never ever had gone for buying LG Washing Machine.

Dear Customer care of LG,
The Washing Machine has again stopped functioning as its spinner is not rotating.
This is th the 4th time failure of the machine in the last couple of months of purchase.
Your technician is doing a shabby temporary job, they have no knowledge of a washing machine, senior technicians simply sleeping and not bothered - CORRUPTION galore - lakhs of ANNA HAZARE required to set right all of you!
Will you please send this written complain mail to your LG Bosses or if you are afraid then can you please give me their mail ID?
LG - Life is not good but Life is Hell once you buy a LG product .
Please solve the problem immediately.

Automatic Washing Machine
Dear Sirs, *
I purchased an automatic washing machine in Jan 2011 from Surat shop.
Had I seen such array of complains, I would not have gone to buy any LG product - as they suffer from Poor product quality, Repetitive failures, poor service quality.
And during the last 3 months there were 3 no repetitive failures of the machine as its spinner was not working, noise from the machine and ultimate stoppage of the machine.
The service team is making some temporary repairs and handing over the machine only to come across the same complain again within 2-3 weeks. *
The service people hands over the repaired machine in a horribly dirty and soiled condition.
By this complain I alert all concerned to not to go for any LG product.
And shortly I am going to lodge a complain before CosumerCourt with all documents with
*a demand as to WHY THE WASHINE MACHINE WOULD NOT BE REPLACED BY A BETTER NEW PRODUCT?
