I joined this company when it was originally Satyam Computers and it was
a real good company to start your career, with good HR Practices.
Growth opportunties were good, salary was also as per market standard and
worklife balance was good, I enjoyed my 1st year here.
Then with the big scams happened in this organisation, and Mahindra group
took the opportunity and bought it at a very low bid. Then like a tsunami
everything destroyed, the HR practices became very poor. Employee care was
like zero nobody cares about employee, all they care about is money or in
our terms we say Billing of employee from client.
Salary hikes were minimal, annual leaves was reduced so all in all there are
no ethics in this company left now.
So I would not recommend this company to start off your career or to join as
mid level associate. Only if you didnt get job anywhere else and you have only
this option, then ust go with it since its better to have a job rather than not
having a job.
