I have a 15kva Mahindra powerol silent generator which I wanted to shift from one place to another so I called up local mahindra powerol service provider to help me with the issue and they were kind enough to help me with that. After the genset had been shifted I noticed the mounts on which the generator rested were missing and therefore inquired for them but there was not call back regarding them. The people who came to shift my genset stole the mounts and also while loading the genset spilled all the diesel which was there in the tank instead of getting it out safely before loading.
It was a very poor show by local powerol service provider and after calling repeatedly I still didn't get my mounts back nor did I get any sort of compensation for them.
