I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Mahaveer Palatium. My experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional.


Firstly, there has been an unacceptable delay in the process of obtaining E-katha for my property. Despite multiple attempts to reach out and inquire about the status, my calls have gone unanswered. This lack of responsiveness is highly disappointing and reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer service.


Moreover, the lack of communication has forced me to personally visit the Mahaveer Palatium office. To my dismay, the staff behaved rudely and showed a complete disregard for providing me with the necessary information about the E katha status. This level of unprofessionalism is inexcusable and has only added to my overall dissatisfaction.


I strongly advise Mahaveer Palatium to improve its communication and customer service practices. Delaying important processes such as obtaining E katha and neglecting customer inquiries are clear indications of a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience and would caution others considering Mahaveer Palatium's services.
