MTNL telecom service is very bad. I had a landline connection of MTNL but we closed that service because of bad connection.
Whenever somebody calls on our lanline number it plays the recording that the number is busy even its not.
Every week we had to call customer care for the non working of our phone.
And their call rates are too high with alot of taxes. If our bill is 500 they make it 700. I dont knoe how.
MTNL service is not good at all. That landline experience was the worst.
No sound quality at all, higher bills, connection problem.
So, its not worth it at all.
