I have been having an Insurance with Magma for past 4 yrs. My vehicle was on lease, and I transferred the ownership and that's when I realised how complicated support system did they have.
Even after transferring the ownership to my name, to transfer the insurance to my name it took 3 months to complete, after escalating the concern to all possible highers in Magma.
Their support phone is absolutely waste. For any issues they'll ask to send an email, to which you'll receive an acknowledgement, but none will follow after that. To check status if you call them, the response is same, "Please send us an email, we will respond". Looks like their whole customer service is trained only to repeat that script. I am moving to another insurance provider, and would suggest anyone hoping to avail an insurance for their vehicle with Magma HDI.
