First of all, I called them recently just a week ago as I was looking for an investment in the plot in Greater Noida, everything was working fine they suggested me a site after discussing everything on call & after receiving all the information on call I went to visit the site, even I appreciated the lady on call for the information shared with me, We were told to visit plots by MAP provided no one from company side came, However after visiting all the discussed plots by the end we finalized on the plot in which we were interested.
The next day we told them the Plot number we were interested in, on that day we came to know a new thing that the plot file is already with Shubh Laab Owner MR. Gaurav Goel, & I was told that whatever discussions or negotiations will be done, it will be done with Mr.Goel only (The owner of the plot will not discuss anything & will only come for the transfer process)
We were even okay with this & said okay no issues but we are interested in this plot to let us discuss & let us know the meeting schedule, this week only they told us to meet but as I was busy with my office in this pandemic time people are already working at half salary & losing jobs I told them clearly that I can only meet on Sunday as that is the only off day I have from work and I can meet that day only.
But they again asked me for a meeting on Friday - Dushera Day - 15.10.21 on this day they even said that MR. Goel will especially come for meeting with you only there is no other meeting and office is closed so please come & be on time for this we said no if the office is closed & if Mr.Goel is traveling just for us it's better to let's keep meeting for this Sunday just after one single day and they said okay no issues.
BUT, just this morning of Friday the same lady who is in contact with us for a week she said the plot which we were interested in is already SOLD.
Means just in one single day plot is sold and they even said that the office is closed & even it is a govt holiday then how can the plot is sold on a holiday or just in a single day?
The reply that lady on call gave is that (Sir you are taking time so much and not finalizing a meeting with Mr.Goel so now the plot is sold) I want to tell her that it is just a one week story we are investing in such a huge amount of our hard work & they wanted that in this 4 to 5 days time we should give them a booking amount for holding the deal as if we are in a vegetable market and went to buy some vegetables instead of a plot.
Such a useless & brainless & arrogant team & people, they think the buyer doesn't have any respect or there is no importance of buyers time - they also did the same what other property agents are doing in Noida, they are just forcing & pressuring people to give them time & then some booking amount as soon you visit the site, they want to show that so many sales are happening under them & we can't wait for the buyer which is not the truth at all.
They are just keeping properties on hold to make changes in the rates & then later they keep saying now someone else is coming to visit the same property, someone else is paying amount & then in one day they will say that property is sold and you can see other properties.
They are just holding properties for rates to get increased & put pressure on buyers to close deals in a hurry where we make mistakes.
If you don't want to LOOSE YOUR HARD EARN MONEY, Do not get into the trap of these types of agents or companies, they will put pressure on you to take a decision in a hurry So that they can get the rates they want.
They want you to pay them token in just two or three days of visit and block you just this is their motive.
I hope who so ever read this REVIEW do not get themselves trapped by them,
