I do agree. Finally someone wrote about the facts behind this idiot builder.Please dont invest your money with such idiots and dont be another victim as I am.

I also got cheated. Initially I planned to buy a flat in sarjapur with a top class builder. However after looking at the number of flats in SJR, RMZ I thought it would be peaceful to stay in apartment with less no of flats.So dropped the idea.

Walking around the area, finally I got attracted by Brindavan project and also it was just few months away from the completion.

At that time I asked about certain bad finishing in premises then I was promised by builder that everything will be finished neatly in final touch of the apartment.

But after the building was completely constructed I was shocked to see the finishing of the flat.

Every here and there cement is peeping.v.v.v. third class finishing.

After shifting with my family I am regretting a lot as no one listens to our complaints.

They remember and value customers only till the time of buying flat. Once you buy the flat, you are NO MORE existing entity for them. They have poor quality material.If you check the fittings and all in bathrooms, you will find some local fitting material [ which certainly differs from the name mentioned in agreement]
