Hi friends, My name is Rahul. I worked in this Kpo for 3 months from Sep 2018 - Nov 2018. I was working on associate level as AR Analyst. Basically this kpo is also known as EMDS in sector 63, Noida opposite to Fortis hospital. Emds is basically a medical billing Kpo in which work happens in two shift. 7: 30 AM - 4: 45 PM & 05: 00 PM - 2: 15 AM. I was working in 2nd shift i.e US night shift.
My salary was 22000 inhand because I was hired as a fresher in Emds because I was not in job from last 1.8 years. However I worked in same profile in Accretive Health in 2016.
Meal was allowed at subsidized rate of ₹; 350 per month which is deducted from salary. Cab is available in night shift but not in morning shift.
Job security is good but however there are some managers who are arrongant like Saurabh Negi, Tejas, Rana Bose etc.
Work pressure vary from process as you know ultimately it’s a call centre.
Career growth is available if somebody is ready to handle pressure and ready to work in continous night shift which is very harmful for health.
You can able to earn good money by working in bpo or kpo but your life style got disturbed due to working in night shift. You can even face some health issues also like sleep disorder and low body weight. Your social circle will become zero.
There is no walking area to walk as there is no campus, No games playing space.
I left this organisation because I always wanted to do business and I run my own wholesale shop for 1.6 years before Emds joining and I want to persue again my carrer as a self employed person because I don’t like orders of somebody else. Doing business is difficult but it gives the most satisfactory feeling which I never felt in any job. I am a freedom oriented person, I always suggest that try to give employment instead of asking for employment. Go for freedom. Go for your self employed and business adventure life.
