I am a resident of Hyderabad and LS fibernet was quite popular here like Act fiber. As the plans for LS were comparitively cheap, I decided to go with LS fibernet.
I have used it for almost an year and was happy with the service. And whenever there's any server problem the executives used to approach me within 24 hours and solved the problem.
All was going good but last month I was surprised to see that the login page changed all of a sudden and I was not able to login. The login home site now says LS fiber powered by HIGHREACH BROADBAND.
All the internet plans have become much costlier and the FUP limits also decreased.
Now I see a drastic change in their customer service they just say they will soom send an executive but the executive never comes for help.
Now I am looking for an alternate broadband service provider and I am planning to go with Hathway broadband which looks cheaper and also has a vast network in Hyderabad.
