Ease of Use:

I have been using Preference by L'Oreal "Golden Blonde" 8G for at least 30 years. I have NEVER had a problem with it until today. After mixing the two solutions together the mixture looked almost black.I was afraid to apply it, but did anyway, thinking my hair would still come out Golden Blonde.Not the case!It looks completely platinum with NO golden highlights - AT ALL!!!WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO MY FAVORITE HAIR COLOR????CHANGED THE CHEMISTRY???I DID NOT WANT PLATINUM!!!I am very disappointed in this product.Whatever you have done, FIX IT!!! If I could give a rating less than one star, I would.I am not happy!!!
