I recently purchased a Logitech M235 Wireless Mouse from Amazon at Rs. 599. Right now it's the #1 best-seller on Amazon and also has good ratings. Before buying a mouse first you should decide whether you want a wired one or a wireless one. A wired mouse preferably goes with a desktop PC but if you own a laptop then this is the best! Get rid of all the wires and settle for this one. It comes in 3 variants - Grey, Blue and Red. The red one looks cool but the grey one is classy. I considered a lot of other brands like Lenovo, HP, Dell but none of them provides the needed features at this price point. I will now discuss the pros and cons :
1) Comfort - Yes this is important! It isn't a big sized one and neither a small one. It just fits perfectly in your palm. Also the sides have rubber finish so it provides a good grip. The design and ergonomics of this mouse is exceptionally well crafted, suited for long usage. I never seen a mouse so well designed for hands before.
2) Tracking - This mouse isn't an ordinary optical mouse. It has got an Advanced Optical Tracking and works on all surfaces be it a table, rough wood, tile or even on your body :p You can even use it while lying down. The precision is excellent. So far no issues.
3) Receiver - The receiver is very tiny and you need not take in/out everytime. Just keep it plugged it and forget of losing it. Logitech calls it an Unifying one as it can connect upto 6 devices including a keyboard. It will give you a complete peace of mind.
4) Warranty - This is the best part! You get 3 years of warranty whereas the other provide 1 year only. Also, Logitech service centres are located in every city so it won't be an issue.
The On/Off switch also works well and the battery can last upto a year. No cons to be mentioned - it's so smooth. So far, I'm quite happy with the purchase and would recommend everyone.
