A day back I visited the property through a broker . As I did not like the price I searched the Web to contact owners directly. When I got the owners number and called up I found that it was the lodha employee. When I insisted on talking to the owner he said that it was equal to dealing with the owner plus no brokerage. He insisted that no brokerage was collected. But when I called up Mr.Ravi Aggarwal, there again it was a lodha employee and he assured me that there is brokerage which needs to be paid to him even though he is an employee. Are the lodha employees entitled to collect the brokerage which is one month rent? Please make sure of this before u proceed.
