Ensure the servicing is done by an authorized channel partner and the job done properly.

It is indeed a value for money machine, which runs on a low complaint ratio.
Durability:
Always insist on buying copper condenser coil units which is repairable if any complaint arises.Copper units tend to be more durable than the alloy products.
