Last year in the month of june I have purchased this ac so I am posting my genuine review based on my past experience. the ac has turned out to be of very poor quality the ac vents are also of very poor quality they are not suitable for rough and tough use. the color of ac has also started fading away. overall this ac has disappointed me very much. the cooling of ac is extremely poor it takes so long to cool the room as compared to other air conditioner's in the market. not only cooling is the matter but the heavy sound that comes out of ac is also so disappointing therefore it becomes difficult to have proper sleep under this ac. even during cooling this ac also releases the foully smell which makes it difficult to live in the room I have also raised all these issues with the company but company mechanics have failed to solve my problems and now whenever I call the company they reject my call so as per my experience the service & support of company is extremely poor.
even this ac consumes high power as compared to other air conditioner's in the market therefore it is quite an expensive task to use this air conditioner for longer hours. one day I was just cleaning the ac body from outside with the cloth and then suddenly it gave me the shock which was so disappointing for me. so overall this air conditioner has disappointed me very much and as per my experience this air conditioner is not reliable for long term use and it has no value for money because this air conditioner has failed to satisfy me. so I do nit recommend this air conditioner to anyone because of its poor quality and poor company service as well. so investing in this air conditioner is just a wastage of money.
