I have bought this product and its the worst you can get overall. I fell for its looks and let me tell . with in 3 months they will force you to take comprehensive coverage worth 4500.(please add that in cost).
o and one will turn up for regular cleaning. its only when you cry and say the water tastes aweful, some one will come clean the filters .
My nob broke with regular usage with in 1 year. They did not have in their parts and for 15 days no one showed(inspite of me being in gurgaon, close to their head office). they closed the complaint. the service is pathetic and they take you for a complete ride. when you call up the customer care and complain . they would say - leave the feedback on email for our service department. if you press more they will bang the phone. buy kent, aquagaurd I dont care even if its matka but you will have some sort of service. they just rob you for product and then comprehensive service both.
